NFX / Semi-Face Bricks

Blue Brown This brick is classified as NFX (Non Facing Extra) which means it is hard burnt and can be left un-plastered. It is sometimes loosely referred to as a Semi-Face brick. Selected for its rough aesthetic appearance it is also ideal to be used in foundation work under damp-course level. It has a dark brown/black-purple colour. The dimensions are roughly 220 mm long x 105 mm wide x 70 mm high and approximately 55 bricks are used in single wall and 110 bricks in double walls per square metre of wall area. |
